At PlayaEye, we ship to over 21 countries worldwide. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Our dispatch team works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure your order leaves our facility as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
💡 Pro tip: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are queued and processed on the next available business day. Rest assured — your order is in line and on its way.
Shipping Times by Region
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Times may vary depending on your country's customs clearance process.

International Shipping & Customs
PlayaEye proudly ships to 21+ countries across the globe. Because we operate internationally, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country's regulations.
These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs rules before placing your order.
⚠️ Important: International shipping involves multiple carriers, customs agencies, and local postal services. While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated window, delays beyond our control can occasionally happen.
If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue as a priority.
Tracking Your Order
Every PlayaEye order ships with full tracking included. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Please note that tracking updates can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours to reflect after dispatch — especially for international shipments crossing borders. This is completely normal and does not mean your package is lost.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
We ship thousands of orders every month across more than 21 countries. While we do everything in our power to ensure a smooth delivery, we understand that in international logistics, unexpected situations can arise — and we own that responsibility fully.
If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost in transit, contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to find the best resolution — whether that's a replacement, a refund, or re-shipment.
